Another exercise with thin straight lines. This time line segments, all the same length. I wanted to have the line segment move and spin around the canvas, subject to the constraint that the motion be reasonably smooth. The solution: choose the second derivatives randomly, then integrate. I also imposed constraints on position (e.g. stay on the canvas) and maximum velocity.
